67. Atomium
Built for the World Exposition in Brussels in 1958, this 102 meter high construction consists of 9 balls with a diameter of 18 meters. It depicts an iron molecule, magnified 165 billion times. Andrew Waterkeyn and his workers built the Atomium to represent the peaceful use of atomic energy.
